### About the Speaker

Matt Hovde is an Experience Designer for IDEO’s Play Lab. He believes that play is built into our DNA, guiding us toward social and creative well being. Matt has used the lenses of game design and storytelling to tackle challenges ranging from developing an app to improve mental health, to embracing circular economy principles, to helping teams level up their confidence with GenAI.
