[NOVEL THEORY](/novel-theory)

## SPEAKER: AMY HOLLYWOOD, HARVARD DIVINITY SCHOOL

Continuing the Novel Theory seminar's ongoing investigation of how novels themselves do theory, we invite you to join us and Amy Hollywood for a reading group in which we'll revisit Emily Brontë's Wuthering Heights and think about how that novel engages theology and what a "novel theology" might be.

This is a sequel to 2023's reading group focussed on Charlotte Brontë's Jane Eyre. For our first meeting on February 15th, Professor Hollywood asks you to read the first volume of the novel. We'll wrap up our discussion in a second session on February 22nd, when we'll engage the second volume of the novel. Please don't hesitate to join us even if you can attend only one session: all are welcome!
