## SPEAKER: Susannah Wright and Scott McGill, Rice University

Join us for conversation with Scott McGill (Deedee McMurtry Professor in Humanities, Rice University) and Susannah Wright (Assistant Professor of Classical Studies and Roman History, Rice University) about their new translation of Virgil’s *Aeneid*, published by Norton last year. Professors McGill and Wright will give a presentation on their approach to translating this epic poem and then engage in a Q&amp;A.
